Governance

Smile Through Sport is governed by a board of trustees. These trustees have a range of skills from across sport, disability and business. Our current board consists of three trustees. Our trustees place on the board is reviewed every three years and each has a maximum term of 9 years.

Our trustees meet every quarter and work to set our organisational strategy, check and challenge our ongoing work and ensure Smile Through Sport is working to create sustainable sporting activities for disabled people.

Constitution

Our board of trustees and organisation are governed and supported by our constitution. This constitution was adopted in 2020 when Smile Through Sport became a charity. They can be seen here.
